50mm pole was purchased and arrived very promptly and was of very high quality. Unfortunately, our curtains did not suit the size of the pole and we required an exchange. The exchange was handled promptly and efficiently by the very friendly staff at Ryan's. Thanks guys, the new 35mm pole looks great.
